In 2007, the US Economic Development Administration awarded its Excellence in Economic Development Award, in the category of Economic Adjustment Strategies, to the Strategic Plan for a Regional Biosciences Strategy, developed by Eva Klein & Associates for the Regional Planning Commission of Greater New Orleans.

The Center for Emerging Technologies in St. Louis, Missouri has received the above recognition awards from the National Business Incubation Association and the US Economic Development Administration. While the work that earned these honors is attributable primarily to the Board and Staff of the Center, EKA is proud to have developed the Strategic Business Plan, provided Plan updates, and provided implementation support to help make these recognitions possible. |
