Each EKA-led consulting team is formed uniquely to meet the skills/experience requirements of each project undertaken. Our teams often include both professional consultants and practitioners. With this business model, EKA performs at large-firm standards, while maintaining a small-business style of client relations. We draw on experience, but we treat each project as a new challenge for which uniquely formulated solutions are required.
